He is a trusted international facilitator, researcher and evaluator for governments, the UN, European Union, central banks, corporations, research institutes, local authorities, and community groups.

He has been at Bjørknes University College since January 2017. Prior to joining Bjørknes, Nik was a PhD-scholar at the University of Oslo, and his fields of expertise include extremism and political radicalization in the 20th century, social democracy and the Nordic Model.

Caroline Ljøner Hagenis a lecturer at Bjørknes University College. She has previously worked in the foreign aid sector in Malawi, and been employed in Kenya through FK Norway (the Norwegian Peace Corps), working with youth and women´s rights.

Bjørnar Østby is a lecturer in International Studies and Peace and Conflict Studies at Bjørknes University College. His academic background is within Conflict Studies, and he graduated with a master’s degree from the London School of Economics (LSE) in 2017. HE is also an alumni from Bjørknes, holding a BA in Peace and Conflict Studies.

Kjetil Tronvoll, Professor

Kjetil Tronvoll is the Director of Oslo Analytica, as well as Professor and Research Director of Peace and Conflict studies at Bjorknes University College. Tronvoll was professor of human rights at the University of Oslo until 2010, and former cofounding partner of International Law and Policy Institute (ILPI), an international advisory company.

Henrik Syse, Professor

Henrik Syse, Professor

Henrik is a man of many traits; philosopher, author, researcher, lecturer and public speaker. He is a Professor of Peace and Conflict Studies at Bjørknes University College, Research Professor at the world renowned Peace Research Institute Oslo (PRIO), part-time Associate Professor at the Norwegian Defense College, Chief Editor of the Journal of Military Ethics and not least, he is one of the five members of the Norwegian Nobel Committee (since 2015).
